In the eighth match of the group stage of the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup West Indies have given Zimbabwe a target of 154 runs to win.
West Indies won the toss and decided to bat and scored 153 runs for the loss of 7 wickets in the allotted overs.
This match is being played in Hobart, Australia, where Ireland defeated Scotland by 6 wickets in the first match.
Earlier in the group stage, West Indies were upset by Scotland in their first match while Zimbabwe won against Ireland.
It should be noted that the qualifying matches will be played in the first stage of the T20 World Cup, a total of 8 teams have been divided into two groups for the tournament.
At the end of the first stage, four teams will qualify for the main round Super 12, the Super 12 round will start from October 22.
