Bollywood superstar Salman Khan fell victim to dengue, Salman Khan’s health was unwell for the past few days.
According to Indian media, Salman Khan has contracted dengue and doctors have advised him to rest and avoid physical exertion.
Due to dengue, Salman Khan will not be able to host the famous TV reality show Bigg Boss for the next few weeks, Karan Johar will be hosting Bigg Boss in his place.
For the past two weeks, Salman Khan was busy shooting for his upcoming film ‘Kisi Ka Bhai, Kisi Ki Jaan’.
Due to Salman Khan suffering from dengue, the film crew is busy shooting with the rest of the actors, Salman Khan will rejoin them after he recovers.
