Sajid Javed, a British politician of Pakistani origin, has announced that he will not participate in the upcoming elections.

Sajid Javed was the Minister of Finance, Health and Home Affairs of the United Kingdom. He is the first non-white member of parliament to hold the post of British Chancellor of the Exchequer.

Now he has announced that he will not participate in the upcoming election and in this regard, he says that the decision of not participating in the election has been made after much deliberation.

According to media reports, apart from Sajid Javed, many members of parliament have decided not to participate in the upcoming elections and the number of these members is 11.
