
Apsus Pakistan released a new survey based on public opinion.
According to the survey report, there has been a clear decrease of 20 percent in the percentage of Pakistanis who say the country’s economic situation is weak in the next 6 months.
In the previous survey, 77 percent while in the current survey, 57 percent have expressed the fear of the country’s economy remaining weak.
The percentage of Pakistanis optimistic about the improvement of the country’s economy also increased by 10% to 17%, while the percentage of Pakistanis expressing concern about the current economic situation decreased from 61% to 55%.
For the first time since the PDM government came to power, the percentage of Pakistanis who perceive the direction of the country to be better has also improved, and after an increase of 2 percent, 14 percent of Pakistanis expressed satisfaction with the direction of the country.
The rate of people dissatisfied with the direction of the country decreased by 2 percentage points to 86 percent.
