
The federal government has announced the new prices of petroleum products.
Finance Minister Ishaq Dar announced the prices of petroleum products for the next 15 days. The finance minister said that the current prices of petrol and diesel will remain the same for the next 15 days.
Ishaq Dar said that the prices of petroleum products have increased in the world market, but despite this, it has been decided to maintain the prices of petrol and diesel.
He said that the prices of petrol and diesel will remain unchanged from January 1 to 15, the price of petrol will remain at Rs 214.80 per liter while the price of diesel will remain at Rs 227.80 per liter.

Ishaq Dar said that the Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) had proposed to increase the price of kerosene by Rs 8 76 paise per litre, but the price of kerosene oil will remain at Rs 171 83 paise per litre.
Apart from this, the price of light diesel oil will remain at Rs 169 per litre.
