India won the Golden Globe Award for the first time in its film history.

The 80th Golden Globe Awards ceremony was held in Los Angeles to honor the best performers in film and television during 2022.

According to the news agency, “The Fable Men” was adjudged the best film while House of the Dragon was adjudged the best drama series in the TV category.

At the award ceremony, Austin Butler won the Golden Globe Award for Best Actor in a Drama while Cate Blanchett won the award for Best Actress in a Drama, winning the award for Drama Wire. Steven Spielberg won the Golden Globe for Best Director. Won the award, he was given this award for directing the film The Fable Men.

However, the joy of Indian film fans increased when the Telugu film RRR was awarded the Golden Globe Award for Best Original Song.

The Indian film industry produces thousands of films every year in different languages, the Telugu film RRR is the fourth highest grossing film in India.

The film received 2 Golden Globe Award nominations, but lost in the Best Foreign Language Film category, but its song ‘Naatu Naatu’ won the award for Best Original Song.

The song was composed by MM Kirwani while its lyrics were penned by Chandrabose.

Bollywood personalities including Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi congratulated the film’s producers and actors for winning the Golden Globe Award for the first time.

It should be noted that the movie RRR was released last year, in which Alia Bhatt, Ram Charan, Ajay Devgan, Shreya Saran showed their acting talents, this movie was directed by SS Raj Mouli.
