At the Israeli airport, the parents were stingy and instead of buying a ticket for their infant, they left it at the airport check-in counter and left for their onward journey.
According to the report of the foreign news agency, this incident happened at the Ben Gurion Airport in Tel Aviv, the capital of Israel, where a couple with Belgian passports were booking a Ryanair flight from Ben Gurion Airport to Brussels.
The couple checked in but did not have a ticket for their newborn, leaving the baby’s pram at the counter.
Some media reports also claimed that after the check-in counter was closed, the family arrived late and were not ready to buy the child’s ticket at that time.
However, when airport staff realized the baby was alone in a pram and called security, security located the baby’s parents and detained them.
