Iran has rejected US claims that Al-Qaeda leader Saif al-Adl is in Iran.

According to Khabar Agency, in response to the claim of the US Department of State, Iranian Foreign Minister Amir Abdullahian has said that the US claim that Al-Qaeda leader Saif al-Adl is in Iran is false, and it is ridiculous to link the news about the Al-Qaeda leader to Iran.

Amir Abdullahyan said that the creators of Al-Qaeda and ISIS are themselves responsible for spreading terrorism in the world.

It should be remembered that the American Foreign Ministry said that Saif al-Adl, an Egyptian born in Iran, has been made the new head of Al-Qaeda.

The US State Department claimed that according to UN and US estimates, the new head of al-Qaeda is in Iran.

It should be noted that the new head of the terrorist organization al-Qaeda is 62-year-old Saif al-Adl, an old guard of al-Qaeda and a former lieutenant colonel of the Egyptian special forces.
