In the 21st match of the HBLPSL (Pakistan Super League), Islamabad United defeated Quetta Gladiators and reached the play-off stage of the tournament.

In the match played at the Rawalpindi Cricket Ground, Yasir Khan and Will Smead started the innings on behalf of Quetta Gladiators, but Will Smead got out without scoring any runs, Yasir Khan also proved to be a guest for 5 runs, while captain Sarfraz Ahmed was observed.
