ISLAMABAD: Finance Minister Ishaq Dar has said that the FBR should increase its efforts to achieve the real potential of the tax.
A revenue performance meeting of FBR was held under the chairmanship of Finance Minister Ishaq Dar in which special assistants Tariq Bajwa, Tariq Mehmood Pasha and senior officers of Finance Division including Chairman FBR participated.
Chairman FBR Asim Ahmed gave a briefing on July 2022 to March 2023 revenue targets and performance.
On the occasion, Finance Minister Ishaq Dar said that the FBR should try to meet its targets in the remaining months of the financial year 2022-23 and increase efforts to achieve real tax potential.
