Today was a positive day for business in Pakistan Stock Exchange.
During the business day, the 100 index remained in the band of 360 points and the highest level of the Hundred index was 42323. However, at the close of business, the 100 index closed at 42241 with an increase of 148 points.
17.81 million shares were traded in the stock market today, the value of which was 5.46 billion rupees, while the market capitalization increased by 2 billion rupees to 6356 billion rupees.
