Interbank and Open Market The US dollar continues to appreciate against the rupee.
The dollar closed at Rs 286.56 after gaining 74 paise in interbank. The dollar closed at 285.82 rupees in the interbank yesterday.
Today, on one occasion, during the interbank business, the dollar became expensive by 2 rupees 18 paise to 288 rupees.
On the other hand, in the open market, the dollar became expensive by Rs 4 to Rs 305.
